Established in 2017, the School of Arts & Science (SAS) is a premier institution under Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation. Located in Chennai’s OMR–IT Corridor, SAS is recognized as one of the best Science and Arts colleges in Chennai. Our Programs, developed in collaboration with Intel and NEC, offer industry-aligned training in AI, Machine Learning, Embedded Systems, and advanced computing. The campus houses cutting-edge labs — Bosch Lab, Intel Intelligent Lab, IoT Lab, Digital Twin Tech Lab, and Nanotech Lab — each designed to spark research, innovation, and real industry problem-solving. With an MoU signed with the Wadhwani Foundation, students also gain access to the Ignite Entrepreneurship Program, cultivating creative thinking, startup mindsets, and future-ready leadership.
Our students gain hands-on experience and professional confidence through our active MoUs with BSNL and the Magic Bus Foundation. These collaborations provide opportunities for internships, skill-development training, and placement support, empowering students to step into the real world fully prepared to lead.
SAS has been officially recognized as an Open Source Geospatial Knowledge Centre (OSGKC) by IIT Bombay – FOSSEE GIS, under the Ministry of Education (NMEICT). This recognition empowers our students with national-level exposure through GIS training, internships, research initiatives, thematic workshops, and real-world projects aligned with the National Geospatial Policy.
